I have been taking my kids to TAPAC since my son was born, 14 years ago. They are always thorough, compassionate, and accommodating. Between checkups and sick visits, we get the best care I could ask for.

I absolutely love this office! I have never had even a simple issue with them. The office staff are extremely friendly, I have no issues with making appointments. My daughter saw Dr. Ben in the hospital when she was first born and he was absolutely great! We ended up scheduling with Dr. Coggon for her first official appointment and she is absolutely amazing and we have stuck with her since. She is extremely knowledgeable and always answers and questions my husband and I have. She is so good with her patients and very sweet and takes her time. She makes you really feel like she’s invested in her kiddos that she sees. Absolutely 110% recommend this office and any of it’s providers for care for little ones!

This office is great!The doctors are knowledgeable and easy to get along with. The staff are very friendly and are well engaged during appointments and listen to your concerns. Decorative front area and fun infant/toddler themed rooms.

Dr. Ben is awesome. He relates to my teenage son. He listens to my son and also to me. He makes you very comfortable. The whole office is kind and make your visit very pleasant.

Dr Ben was awesome. His bed side manner and ability to communicate with me the parent but more importantly my daughter was next level.

Traverse Area Pediatric has always gone above and beyond to provide the best care for our two sons. All of the doctors are kind, caring and knowledgeable. Their reassurance has lessened our anxiety at every visit. The desk and support staff are so kind and helpful too!

Absolutely the best most patient and professional establishments I’ve ever been to it makes me feel worry free knowing that my child is in good hands with these doctors! I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a pediatrician! We have Dr.haizen and he absolutely goes above and beyond for not only our child but toe reassure us as parents to help us understand exactly what’s going on! Love this place and our pediatrician!!!!

Blown away by the compassion and professionalism of this office. My son need to have his male parts looked at and they asked if he was comfortable with his female doctor checking things out. When he responded that he was a bit uncomfortable, they switched him to a male doctor for the visit. Not something you would see at other offices!

We have been going to this office for nearly a decade and every doctor we have seen has been amazing! We have five children that have been seen here and they have helped each one in a significant way. We 100% recommend them to everyone.

We love all the doctors there, especially the doctor that has been seeing both of our girls since they were born, Dr. Mulder. She is amazing and always makes our daughter and us so comfortable. A couple other doctors we have seen and absolutely love is Dr. Coggon and Dr. Ben. Really every doctor that we have seen is absolutely amazing, as is the all of the reception workers. Every time I call there with a question or concern, they are ALWAYS so helpful and ALWAYS go out of their way to help. They also have a call line that is after hours, that is directly linked to Helen Devos down in GR, for anything that happens on weekends or when they are closed. We highly recommend TAPAC to anyone looking to find a great pediatrician office in the Traverse City area.

Dr. Coggon is always stellar. She’s amazing with my sons. She takes the time to really understand her patients, their family dynamics, etc. could not recommend this practice or her enough.

Dr. Ben Hazen was attentive, approachable and caring to both of my kids. He took time to listen well and my 9 year old said, “he is so kind!” at the end of his appointment.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician than Dr. Hazen! He truly listens, never rushes through appointments, and always takes the time to answer every one of my questions thoroughly. As a parent, it means the world to feel heard and respected, especially when it comes to my children’s health. Dr. Hazen has earned my complete trust, and I refuse to take my kids anywhere else unless it’s to Devos! His genuine care, professionalism, and kindness make every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend him to any parent looking for a pediatrician who truly goes above and beyond!
